Important Action Items This Week
/As you saw in the bargaining update from Friday, "the company asked us what capital we have to offer them. We have an answer: It’s us. We are the company’s greatest asset." As we head into the final two weeks (before the contract extension expires 10/31), we need to ramp up our mobilization. This is the moment for us all to show solidarity.
Here are the three things we need you to do this week:
Change your profile picture on your DJ slack, gmail, and twitter:
Right click on the image here to “save image as”. Save somewhere you will remember. Then go to your settings in each of the platforms to change your profile picture and upload.
Have your shirt out tomorrow for T-shirt Tuesday:
NY/1211 - We will be gathering for a photo at 12:30 p.m. on the 4th floor in couch area by the Midtown Meeting Room. (close to the stairwell down to the 3rd floor)
We understand not everyone can wear their IAPE shirt for the whole work day. You can pull it over the back of your chair to show your support for the remainder of the day.
We are still gathering small group and individual photos from all offices to circulate on social media. So please organize on your own and send it to stefanie.frey@iape1096.org to be added to our social media channels. You can also post it on your own and tag @IAPE1096 on twitter, instagram, or facebook.

There are meetings in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington D.C. this week! Members there should plan to attend to hear about other important actions we have planned this week.
