Shareholders' Meeting

The Dow Jones shareholders' meeting is Wednesday at 11:00 AM (American Express auditorium. 26th Floor. 3 World Financial Center (North Tower) in New York and it's important that the DJ Board of Directors hears from you.

I'll be there along with Bargaining Committee Chair Jim Browning, Dow Jones war correspondents and a couple of hundred concerned reporters— all delivering the same message: the contract proposals from management threaten the very core of Dow Jones— endangering the quality that is the hallmark of this company and the only hope it has to prosper in the changing news marketplace.

If you can make it to the meeting, we'd love to have you.

But if you can't make it to New York, please stand up at 11:00 AM, leave your desk and grab a cup of coffee. Send a message. Quality People deserve a Quality Contract— and the future of Dow Jones depends on it.
