Health Care Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for the Dow Jones 2008 Benefits programs is underway — running through November 20, 2007, with the company sending information packets to your home and posting details on DowJones.net.
All enrollment for Health Care coverage and/or the Med/Dependent Care programs will be done online via dowjones.net through Link2HR. From the home page of dowjones.net, select TOOLS. Then select Link2HR-Self-service HR, and then click on Health-Care Enrollment.
Employees have until 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 20 to change Health Care Plan elections. Whatever you have submitted at that time becomes your final choice for 2008.
No action is required if you wish to continue your current Health Care coverage for yourself and your dependents. If you want to participate in the MedSpend and/or Dependent Care programs in 2008 you must sign-up— even if you participated in the MedSpend and/or Dependent Care programs in 2007.
