DJ IAPE MOA
IAPE has signed a "Memorandum of Agreement" with Dow Jones, formally outlining the terms of the contract the IAPE membership ratified by a vote of 831 to 90 on September 14, 2007.
The MOA will be used as framework for producing the actual written version of the new contract, which will then printed in booklet form and distributed to the rank and file as soon as possible after a detailed review by the lawyers from both sides.
The May 1, 2003-January 31, 2007 contract— and the new MOA— have been posted on the contract page at the website.
The schedule of new premiums for full-time and part-time employees for both Managed Choice and PPO (now renamed POS II) have been posted— along with the details on the accelerated vacation schedule, holidays and sick time.
